These Agencies need to respond to every sort of crisis.  In a Multiverse as numerous as infinity, these incidents can come from any parallel dimension or alternate reality.  When such incidents occur, they are known as Incursion Events.  These Paranormal Agencies are the last line of defence against such horrors.  The world at large does not know such incidents exist.  It is the Agencies duty to protect the world from the truth.
